This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application. Demonstrates the ability to recognize the need for timely consultation, admission and specialized patient care. Provides continuity of care by performing patient hand-off when transferring care of patient to another physician. Accurately interprets and evaluates clinical data for the purpose of determining diagnosis and clinical status. Recognizes changes in behavior, symptoms, signs and other pertinent facts about a patient and has the knowledge to modify in real time, the plan of treatment. Acts quickly to recognize emergency situations and makes timely necessary corrective action. Maintains clear, accurate, and current clinical records. Work Schedule: Variable
