Physiotherapist (AHPC Registered / MSK Rehabilitation) - Up to $6k | Novena/ Buangkok [0580]

Working Hour: 5.5 days, 44 hours/week(Splilt Shifts, Tuesday off)
Salary range: $4000 - $6000
Location: Novena and Buangkok

Responsibilities

Patient Consultation and Assessment

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities.
Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.

Posture & Movement Guidance

Observe and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to ensure correct technique and postural alignment
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, goals and collaboration with referring healthcare professionals

Therapeutic Treatments

Administer physiotherapy interventions including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomes

Patient Management

Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, self-care techniques and structured home exercise programs
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans and progress
Support patient and family education to empower long-term health and functional independence

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Work alongside Chiropractors, TCM Physicians and Wellness Therapists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for each patient

Customer Service & Communication

Deliver compassionate care with strong communication skills, ensuring patients feel supported, informed and comfortable throughout their rehabilitation journey
Demonstrate professionalism and empathy, consistently upholding high standards of patient-centered service.
