Planner / Project Coordinator
Job Description
- Prepare, monitor, and update progress schedules for new and ongoing projects.
- Liaise and coordinate with purchasers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects run smoothly and according to schedule.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks including scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, and managing information flow to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as a key communication link between key stake holders : Production , Quality , Assembly and other Business units by providing regular project updates and information.
- Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
- Handle sales inquiries and customer’s request for quotation
- Risk and issues management skill, identifying potential roadblocks, tracking dependencies, and escalating issues to management for resolution
Job Requirement
- Strong team player with initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure , adaptive and willingness to work overtime when required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; spoken Chinese is a plus with effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Email, Word).
- Proficient in the understanding on the Mechanical drawings.
- Understanding and managing on the BOM: involves ensuring, co-ordinating, the accuracy and timely availability of material information for the team
- Serves as the go-to person for project information and coordination.
