Planning Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the team who will analyze demand and ensure the operation of the MRP according to business needs.
  • Deploy the strategy defined into operational activities.
  • Development and implementation of inventory process disciplines including management of inventory levels.
  • Increase just in time culture.
  • Develop and analyze inventory and material requirement plan inputs and outputs and provide resolutions or mitigation plan.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Directly or through manager, ensures achievement of company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor performance of the department, including developing, analyzing, and reporting KPIs and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepares and presents reports, as needed, to track department and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
  • Experience in ERP ORACLE/SAP.
  • Advanced English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in VBA macro and Power Query.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Degree in engineering, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
