Platform Marketing Campaign Manager

You will drive the strategy for overarching retail campaigns on platforms, leveraging the knowledge and expertise in the space of social planning and activation for consumers of Greater China to communicate and elevate Retail's value, presence and drive business impact. Minimum Qualifications 5~8 years of experience in commercial related digital and social marketing, with a proven track record of driving impactful projects in complex, matrixed international organizations. In-depth knowledge and expertise in consumer insights and social platform, with experience working with key platforms such as Douyin, Rednote, Bilibili Demonstrated experience managing platform/influencer relationships and executing successful commercial collaborations. Able to develop strategic and insight-driven content briefs Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English; skilled at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike. Relationship builder and people connector. Strong analytical skills, able to leverage data from social and content platforms to measure campaign impact and inform future marketing strategies Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with key social platforms and influencers in the Greater China region. Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives Able to connect dots between information, different work streams, and key partners to inform the work Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines BA/BS or equivalent background, MBA a plus
