As a PMO - EAM Delivery Lead - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of business application consulting, specifically within the Maximo Consulting domain. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that modernize field service and operations. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Your ability to anticipate client needs and embrace ambiguity will be crucial in delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Leading the delivery of Maximo consulting projects, focusing on asset management and enterprise integration
- Managing client relationships to understand and address their business application needs
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement field service and operations modernization solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex problems and optimize supply chain management processes
Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes

  • Create/manage project plan, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and governance cadence (status reporting)
  • Drive Agile / hybrid delivery: sprint/release planning, execution tracking, and delivery transparency
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: Functional, Technical, Data, Integration, Testing, Cutover, Change
  • Manage stakeholders, decisions, and escalations, ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Ensure readiness for SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, and go-live support
  • Manage change requests and scope impacts, recommend trade-offs and mitigation actions

    What You Must Have

    - At least a Bachelor's degree
    - At least 5 years of experience
  • Domain: Experience in Utilities and/or Pharma/Life Sciences (both preferred)
  • Level: Senior Associate or Entry level Manager
  • Role: Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP implementations (large transformations + smaller projects)
  • Strong client-facing delivery leadership and project management/Agile fundamentals
  • Hands-on understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle (phase-gates, quality checkpoints, testing/cutover readiness)
  • Strong communication, risk management, and dependency management
