Power BI & Reporting Expert

Dashboard Development: Design and implement high-end, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear business value.

Data Modeling: Build and optimize robust data models (Star Schema/Snowflake) to ensure reporting accuracy and high performance.

DAX & Power Query: Write advanced DAX calculations and utilize Power Query (M language) for complex data transformation and business logic.

Reporting Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize report performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data refresh cycle

• Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Power BI Expert, Data Analyst, or in a similar reporting-focused role.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced command of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
• Language Proficiency: C1 English level (Advanced/Fluent) is mandatory, as you will be communicating with international stakeholders and documenting technical processes in English.
• SQL Skills: Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a visually compelling way.
• Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience or familiarity with ClickHouse is highly valued.
