Powder Coat Technician

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team as a Powder Coat Technician. No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training. As a Powder Coat Technician, you will work in our Finishing department to help finish and protect or fabricated steel and aluminum products with high-quality powder coating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal parts for coating, including cleaning and masking
• Apply powder coating to products using spray equipment
• Operate ovens and follow proper curing processes
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Assist in other production or finishing tasks as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warm environment near industrial ovens
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
