Principal Recruitment Consultant
Requirements
- Build and grow a specialist recruitment desk for Semi Conductor, Logistics, Sales & Marketing industry
- Drive full 360 recruitment activities across business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placements
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, CTOs, and business stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client partnerships
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract hiring
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients and candidates to secure mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment
- Strong business development and client acquisition track record with experience in candidate management & delivery.
- Experience recruiting within various industries in Singapore - Semiconductor, Logistics, Healthcare.
- Prior experience in working in the non BFSI sector will be a great advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
