  • Evaluate and optimize various software development methodologies to eliminate process friction and minimize administrative overhead.

  • Review the full engineering lifecycle from initial solution architecture and requirements gathering through to final production release.

  • Establish feedback loops and analyze operational metrics to address delivery bottlenecks and root-cause issues.

  • Facilitate alignment workshops and cross-functional sessions with technical, business, and compliance teams to build consensus on process enhancements.

  • Create structured executive narratives and operational summaries to secure alignment from key stakeholders and steering committees.

skills and experience required.

  • Around 10 to 12 years of total professional experience, with a solid track record of leading technology process improvement or governance initiatives.

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycles, with experience managing modern delivery methodologies in highly matrixed environments.

  • Hands-on expertise in continuous improvement frameworks, value stream mapping, and structured workflow optimization principles.

  • Strong capability in facilitating alignment sessions, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and managing organizational change effectively.

  • Advanced analytical and data modeling capabilities alongside strong proficiency in designing high-quality visual presentations for executive leadership.
