Procurement Admin (Food Services/FMCG)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize product documentation and records.
- Manage WD ordering processes and ensure timely replenishment.
- Update product costing and selling prices in Alaya.
- Support the preparation of AFP Weekly Reports (including bi-weekly weekend reporting).
- Coordinate shipment activities, including cargo clearance and liaison with third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor and update Out-of-Stock (OOS) and dropped-item reports.
- Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) upon obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Provide backup support for procurement functions and event-related activities.
- Manage AFP receiving processes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle local ordering for both inventory and non-inventory items.
- Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders, including sales order updates, new SKU creation, ETA changes, and other operational matters.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the Food Service, FMCG, or related industry.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 5-day work week
