Procurement Analyst

Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
Supplier Management
• Responsible for updating and maintaining WSP NZ’s “Supplier List” and supporting ongoing
supplier compliance.
• Catalogue management support for product additions and removals
• Supplier spend analysis reporting and other supplier related reporting as required from
time to time
Supplier Contracting
• Support for strategic sourcing initiatives
• Review and prepare contracts for low risk/value suppliers
• Upload supplier contracts and related documentation to WSP’s contract management
system
• Provide supplier relationship management support
Purchasing
• Purchase order creation for various national supply contracts
• Ad hoc purchasing reporting and analysis as requested
Vehicle Fleet Support
• Reconciliation of invoices and Road User Charges (RUC)
• Support provided with updating vehicle fleet system data
• Regular reporting, including vehicle fleet usage for client on billing and other reporting as
required from time to time
Sustainability Reporting
• Sustainability data collation & reporting, providing analysis as required
• Ad hoc reporting requirements as requested
Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable):
• 4 years’ relevant experience.
• Ideally working towards or has completed relevant tertiary qualifications. E.g. in Commerce,
Finance, Business Management
Experience, skills and organisational knowledge
• Apply a level understanding of procurement principles and processes and commercial
imperatives.
• Computer literate; proficient in Windows, MS Word/Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experienced and comfortable with working in a global corporate environment
