Product Manager HVAC / Air Conditioner

Job Description

• Manage product lifecycle from planning, development, to post-launch optimization
• Conduct competitor analysis and develop product strategies & improvement plans
• Ensure accuracy of product materials (manuals, packaging, labels, etc.)
• Coordinate with factories to monitor production progress and maintain product quality
• Handle product certifications (e.g. Safety Mark, energy efficiency) with third parties
• Keep updated with regulatory requirements and certification processes
• Develop product training materials and support internal knowledge sharing
• Support marketing materials creation (brochures, catalogs, kit books)
• Assist in company events (product launches, exhibitions, campaigns)
• Provide technical support to sales, including product selection and basic system design
• Participate in site visits and support project implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical or related)
• 2–5 years of experience in product management or HVAC industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in Chinese and English
