Product Operations Manager

You will be based in London and you will support day to day operational processes across the product and platform, deliver key product and operational projects with senior stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve workflows, coordinate with Product Engineering Compliance and Finance to ensure readiness and alignment, and manage operational data and reporting to support governance and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day operational processes across the business ensuring activities are executed efficiently and in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in the delivery of key product and operational projects working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows reduce inefficiencies and enhance controls contributing to the ongoing development of scalable processes.
• Work closely with Product Engineering Compliance and Finance teams to support operational readiness and alignment across initiatives.
• Assist in managing operational data and reporting to support internal governance and regulatory requirements where required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations or a related fintech role.
