Product & Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Design and develop attractive outbound tour packages aligned with market demand and seasonal trends
- Conduct destination research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with overseas suppliers (hotels, DMCs, airlines, attractions)
- Build costings, pricing structures, and ensure healthy profit margins
- Enhance existing products with new itineraries, experiences, and value-added components
- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional events
Sales Support & Performance
- Work closely with sales teams to drive product uptake and conversion
- Provide product training, updates, and selling points to frontline staff and partners
- Monitor sales performance and adjust product strategies accordingly
- Support travel fairs, roadshows, and promotional events where required
- Develop tactical offers to boost sales for underperforming destinations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related discipline
- Experience in outbound travel product development and/or travel sales preferred
- Strong understanding of international destinations and travel trends
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial sense with attention to pricing and margins
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced travel environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of booking systems is an advantage
