Product Structuring – (Senior-) Manager Asset Structuring (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

  • Structuring and implementation of acquisition strategies for real asset investments, with a focus on renewables and real estate projects (residential and commercial)

  • Independent management and coordination of complex structuring and restructuring projects within asset holding structures, including planning, execution, and documentation

  • Project management across interdisciplinary teams, working closely with investment management, finance, legal, tax and external advisers

  • Preparation, coordination and implementation of restructuring measures driven by regulatory changes, investor requirements or changes in asset strategy

  • Support in the development and implementation of fund structures and individual mandates for institutional investors, taking into account commercial, operational and regulatory requirements

  • Structuring-related process management, including timeline control, coordination of deliverables and quality assurance

  • Preparation of decision documents, presentations and analyses for internal committees and senior management

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

  • Solid understanding of corporate finance, investment structures, and project economics; tax or legal knowledge is an advantage but not a prerequisite

  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken

  • Three to five years of relevant professional experience in asset management, fund management, project finance, consulting, banking or a comparable environment

  • Proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and to drive topics independently

  • Highly structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership

  • High level of commitment, resilience and willingness to take responsibility

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset

  • Confident communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Fluent in German and English
