Production Planner

Summary

Heraeus, the technology group headquartered in Hanau, Germany, is a leading international family-owned portfolio company. Heraeus Electronics is looking for a motivated Production Planner to join our production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for production planning, scheduling, and execution of production orders in SAP, ensuring on-time delivery and close collaboration with Customer Service and Production teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute production orders in SAP to meet business requirements
• Coordinate with Production on planning and scheduling activities
• Collaborate with Customer Service to create production orders and manage delivery schedules
• Monitor and update key KPIs including Inventory and On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports
• Ensure timely completion of production orders and support on-time customer deliveries

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of planning experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP system and MRP tools preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently and in teams
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a combination of office and production floor environment
• Company transport provided from different MRT stations
