PRODUCTION PLANNER

Job Responsibility

Production Planning & Scheduling
1) Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels

2) Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

3) Adjust schedules in response to delays, demand changes, or supply disruptions

Inventory & Material Planning
1)Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement teams

2)Ensure optimal inventory levels (avoid stock outs and overstocking)

3)Work with warehouse teams to track material flow

Coordination & Communication

1) Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams

2) Communicate production priorities and changes to relevant stakeholders

3) Liaise with sales or customer service teams on delivery timelines

Capacity Planning

1) Evaluate production capacity and identify constraints

2) Optimize machine utilization and workforce allocation

3) Recommend improvements to increase efficiency

Job Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Min 3 years of experience in production planning / scheduling / supply chain support

  • Familiar with MES/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP or similar).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
