Project Admin

Job Responsibilities
(1) Handle project documentation submission, tracking and filing;

(2) Prepare and submit documents to clients, consultants and relevant authorities;

(3) Maintain proper records including and not limited to catalogue, drawings, correspondence and approvals;

(4) Support the project team in administrative and coordination tasks;

(5) Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting;

(6) Assist with general project administration duties as required;

(7) All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Job Requirement
(1) Diploma or Degree in any related field;

(2) Experience in document control/ document submission for construction will be an advantages;

(3) Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines;

(4) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

(5) No prior experience are welcome to apply;

(6) Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese colleagues and stakeholders.

Work Schedule: 5 working days, Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
