PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage few teams of supervisor for daily work activities.

· Liaise with Client, Internal staff and Sub-con on daily activities.

· Manage work progress of the work activities.

· Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.

· Preparation of monthly laterals logging update and claims documents to QS for submission to client.

· Report and discuss to Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestion to mitigate and improvement if any.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Management or its equivalent.

· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

· Preferred Chinese speaking for our China customers.
