Project Administrator

Job Responsibilities

-Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, including project claims and submissions.

-Maintain and update project costing records, budgets, and expenditure tracking.

-Organize, manage, and maintain project documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

-Prepare project reports, status updates, and administrative documents as required.

-Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

-Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.

-Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

-Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

-Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
