Project/Archi Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and monitor project schedules, work progress, and deliverables toensure timely completion.
- To liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internaldepartments on project-related matters.
- To prepare, maintain,and update project documents, drawings, reports, correspondence, and records.
- To assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities for ongoing projects.
- To follow up on projecttimelines, work completion, variation orders, and outstanding issues.
- To attend projectmeetings, take minutes, and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
- To coordinatesubmissions, permits, approvals, and other administrative requirements relatingto the projects.
- To perform any otherduties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Project tracking list daily.
- To prepare a progressphotos report, ensure to prepare weekly and submit before internal meetings.
- Delegate the work tothe supervisor and the worker relevant to the trades.
- To perform any otherduties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Project Director or Project Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses a degree incivil engineering, construction management or equivalent
- Must have at least 2years of Singapore construction industry experience as a Project Coordinator or Site Coordinator.
- Must have 2–5 years ofrelevant experience in project coordination, site coordination or construction.
- Advantage to have anInterior Design (ID) work experience under Hotel & Retail Areas
- Proficient in MicrosoftProject
- Proficient in 2Ddrawing software. Knowledge of 3D drawing software will be an advantage.
- Able to workindependently and lead project team.
- Ability to work in afast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
Working Hours:
- 5.5-day work week
- Monday to Friday: 9:00AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM –1:00 PM
