My clients are well established Architectural Consultant firm in town area.

Responsibilities for Project Architect:

• Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
• Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances
• Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
• Assist in tender process
• Contract and construction management
• TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project

What you will need as Project Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
