Project Coordinator

Jobscope

• To manage projects by supervising and coordinating the site activities

• Review project technical clarifications and construction drawings.

• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision.

• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.

• Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site

Required Abilities, Skills and Knowledge

· At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position

· More prefer specialized in architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent

· Required skills: Good conversational skill, Independent & flexible with working hours, good reporting & documentation skills.

· Class 3 Driving Licence preferred

Working Hours : 5.5 days basis
