Project Coordinator


* Assist in overseeing and supervising office renovation work

* Handle project submission and work processes

* Coordination and liaising with landlord /management , clients and suppliers for assigned projects

* Preparation of weekly report and pre-con surveys

* Procurement of materials and negotiation with suppliers / sub-contractors

* Defect checking and project handover

* Sourcing for materials & suppliers ( if any )

* Project duties as and when assigned by superior
