Project Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Bengaluru, India. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.

  • Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

  • Collaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication

  • Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation

  • Schedule and coordinate design review meetings, presentations, and client approvals

  • Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management

  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects

  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials

  • Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback

  • Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management or equivalent
  • 4 to 5 years of similar experience
  • Middle East Project Experience is preferred

  • Oracle (Project Management Tool) experience is preferred

  • Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with project management methodologies

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
