Project Executive/Assistance Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out / Main Con)

Responsibilities

· Assist in managing assignedinterior fit-out projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

· Coordinate project workflowbetween clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internalproject/site teams.

· Coordinate with nominatedvendors, MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and building management for projectexecution and site coordination.

· Review drawings, siteconditions, and project requirements prior to commencement of works.

· Coordinate and ensure siteworks are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications,quality standards, and safety requirements.

· Prepare and monitor projectschedules, work progress, manpower arrangements, and material deliveries.

· Supervise and coordinatesubcontractors to ensure works are completed according to schedule and projectrequirements.

· Liaise with building managementand consultants for approvals, inspections, work permits, and project-relatedcoordination matters.

· Apply for Permit to Work (PTW)and prepare supporting WSH documentation including Risk Assessments (RA),Method Statements (MS), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP), when required.

· Attend project meetings, siteinspections, and coordination meetings as required.

· Track project progress andprovide regular updates/reports to management and clients.

· Coordinate variation works,site changes, and technical/site issues during project execution.

· Ensure proper housekeeping,safety compliance, and minimal disruption in live office working environments.

· Assist in project handover,rectification works, and close-out activities.

· Perform project-relatedadministrative and documentation duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Building,Construction Management, Interior Design, Project Management, or relateddisciplines preferred.

· Minimum 1–2 years of relevantworking experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industriespreferred.

· Experience in commercial officeinterior fit-out/main contractor environment will be an added advantage.

· Familiarity with sitecoordination, subcontractor management, and project execution processes.

· Basic understanding of WSHrequirements, PTW procedures, and site safety practices preferred.

· Able to work independently andas part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Good communication andcoordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, andinternal teams.

· Strong time management,multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD will be anadded advantage.

· Candidates with higherexperience may be considered for senior positions.
