Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out / Main Con)
Job Description:
- Lead and manage interior fit-out and/or main construction projects from planning to completion.
- Attend project tender orientations and tender briefings when required.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and site coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on project execution and progress.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage project costs, variation orders, progress claims, and overall project performance.
- Conduct site meetings, resolve technical issues, and provide regular project updates to management and clients.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out and/or main contractor projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, construction methodologies, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with project management software will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
