Project Management Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage pyrotechnic display projects from planning to execution.
- Liaise with clients, event organizers, government authorities, vendors, and internal teams on project requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, risk assessments, and project documentation.
- Coordinate permit applications, licenses, and regulatory approvals required for pyrotechnic displays.
- Arrange logistics, transportation, storage, and deployment of pyrotechnic materials and equipment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and assist in site assessments to ensure operational and safety requirements are met.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and support on-site project execution when required.
- Prepare project reports, quotations, invoices, and post-event documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant experience in project coordination, event management, operations, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task in a challenging environment.
- Able to work independently and yet contribute as a team player.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for events.
- Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
