Project Management Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage pyrotechnic display projects from planning to execution.
  • Liaise with clients, event organizers, government authorities, vendors, and internal teams on project requirements.
  • Prepare project schedules, work plans, risk assessments, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate permit applications, licenses, and regulatory approvals required for pyrotechnic displays.
  • Arrange logistics, transportation, storage, and deployment of pyrotechnic materials and equipment.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and assist in site assessments to ensure operational and safety requirements are met.
  • Coordinate manpower deployment and support on-site project execution when required.
  • Prepare project reports, quotations, invoices, and post-event documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in project coordination, event management, operations, or logistics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a challenging environment.
  • Able to work independently and yet contribute as a team player.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for events.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
