Project Management & Operations Associate

As a Project Manager:

  • Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders (Private Companies and Government Entities)

  • Support project planning, coordination and implementation

  • Propose creative solutions to challenges

  • Adhere to project timelines

  • Provide timely updates to Company’s management

As an Operations Manager:

  • Address enquiries and provide prompt, professional, and relevant issue resolution

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational readiness, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained

  • Prepare detailed and regular reports, updates, and performance summaries for management

  • Identify and suggest opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and experience

  • Respond to urgent operational issues and incidents when required

  • Supervise operations staff
