PROJECT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the construction of landed housing projects, including bungalows and semi-detached houses.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets.
- Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all construction milestones.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).
Qualifications:
- Must possess BCA acknowledgement as a Project Manager for landed housing projects.
- Must be familiar with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
