Project Manager (Construction)

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate construction projects by managing operations, schedules, costs, compliance, and teams to ensure timely, quality delivery aligned with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Apply project management and control techniques to oversee construction project progress and outcomes
  • Coordinate with consultants, construction teams, and authorities to secure necessary submissions and approvals
  • Implement cost-saving measures to optimize project budgets and operational expenses
  • Communicate ideas and project updates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
  • Manage project schedules by coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely progress
  • Lead project teams to manage operations, schedules, and specifications for successful project delivery
  • Control operational costs to maintain expenditures within approved budgets
  • Maintain site document filing and records in compliance with ISO standards
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to contract requirements and quality standards
  • Monitor workplace safety and health compliance throughout project execution
  • Oversee quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet all requirements and regulations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project management and construction teams
  • Supervise daily site activities to maintain operational efficiency and safety

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant construction project management experience
  • Experience in warehousing projects preferred
