Job Description
Experience in project management, planning and control of various construction project.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Provide effective leadership to project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.
Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the highest level of construction excellence.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Self-motivated and can work independently.
