Job Description

  • Experience in project management, planning and control of various construction project.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.

  • Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Provide effective leadership to project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.

  • Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the highest level of construction excellence.

  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Self-motivated and can work independently.
