Project Manager

Jobscope:

- Organizing and liaising with clients

- Quotations

- Plan, design and furnish client needs

- Coordinate the works with affiliated contractors and materials needed

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules and expenditures

- Ensuring project datelines are met

- Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and documentation

- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance check

- Participate in team’s performance review


Requirement:

- Minimum NITEC in Interior Design, Building Services, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in renovation, site supervision, or project coordination are preferred however entry-level candidates are also welcome

- Strong communication & leadership skills

- Team player, motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environment
