PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Review M&E designs, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.

  • Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and manage variations and claims.

  • Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA (if applicable), MOM, and relevant statutory requirements.

  • Lead site teams, including engineers and supervisors, to ensure smooth execution.

  • Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to management and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

    • Minimum 5 years of M&E experience, with project management exposure in building projects.

    • Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems.

    • Proven experience managing M&E works for commercial, residential, mixed-use, or institutional projects
