PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review M&E designs, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and manage variations and claims.
Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA (if applicable), MOM, and relevant statutory requirements.
Lead site teams, including engineers and supervisors, to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of M&E experience, with project management exposure in building projects.
Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems.
Proven experience managing M&E works for commercial, residential, mixed-use, or institutional projects
