Project Manager Services Manager
To assist the Project Management to co-ordinate and ensure that the implementation for assigned projects is successfully implemented by the appointed vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Project Management to co-ordinate with other departments to secure resources needed for projects which are under his direct supervision.
- Understand customer needs in order to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in project meetings with various customers under his direct supervision.
- Assist Project Management for schedules implementation to ensure smooth flow of the project implementation.
- Assist Project Management to deliver set profit margins of projects.
- To maintain good working relationship with customers and other various Vertiv divisions and departments.
- Coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.
- Supervise, motivate and develop his direct project team member for continual improvement and optimised performance.
- To understand customer requirements in order to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
- To be responsible for high standard and good quality of all installation work from P.O. to receipt of payment.
- To attend progress meetings and to understand customer requirements.
- To inform customer on the progress of all the projects that under his team.
- To provide satisfactory service in order to maintain high level customer satisfaction.
- To coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.
- To assist the PMO Director, Project Management for planning implementation schedules and human resource allocation to ensure smooth implementation within budget and time frame of every project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Degree in Engineering fields or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry with major involvement in project management in the turnkey data centre site preparation works.
- Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communications skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good spoken and written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, good team player and customer focus.
