Responsibilities:

Provide support activities required to maintain the systems’ Service Level Agreement (SLA) such as:

• Security Monitoring/Tracking
• Sites Support
• Software and Vulnerability Patching
• Review and Implementation of Change Requests
• Support Procurement Activities
• Obsolescence Management
• Audit
• Monthly review of accounts and server log activities
• Submission of security clearance for vendors
• Scheduled and ad hoc system maintenance.
• Technology Refresh and Migrations

Job Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience in Project management or vendor management
• Experience managing or supporting government-sector projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government IM8 security policies and standards, including cybersecurity governance, risk management, VAPT, vulnerability remediation, security waivers, and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
• Experience in leading a team, managing project deliverables, or coordinating project activities.
