Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee interior design projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Supervise and direct the activities of designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects meet deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs to keep projects within financial constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project reports and update clients on project progress.
- Conduct weekly site meeting to iron out any issues with all parties involved,
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing interior design projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
