PROJECT MANAGER
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the full execution of piling projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Site Supervision & Coordination: Manage day-to-day site operations, directly overseeing engineers, site supervisors, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors.
- Technical Oversight: Review and manage geotechnical designs, calculations, and structural requirements to ensure compliance with Singapore's construction standards.
- Safety & Quality Control: Enforce strict WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) protocols and quality controls to minimize risks and maintain structural integrity.
- Reporting & Administration: Provide regular project updates to senior management, monitor daily site progress, and utilize digital project management systems for operational efficiency.
