Property Manager

Job Scope:

  • Lead and manage the facility management team, including implementing a Quality Assurance program for monitoring and improvement.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the Authority to ensure service quality and gather feedback.
  • Manage on-site staff and service contracts to ensure smooth property operations.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and facilities are in good condition.
  • Comply with building and statutory regulations.
  • Address operational issues and emergencies promptly with minimal disruption.
  • Conduct inspections, address service issues, and monitor team performance.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in FM industries
  • Bachelor's degree in FM, property management, construction related field
