Property Manager
Job Scope:
- Lead and manage the facility management team, including implementing a Quality Assurance program for monitoring and improvement.
- Coordinate and communicate with the Authority to ensure service quality and gather feedback.
- Manage on-site staff and service contracts to ensure smooth property operations.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and facilities are in good condition.
- Comply with building and statutory regulations.
- Address operational issues and emergencies promptly with minimal disruption.
- Conduct inspections, address service issues, and monitor team performance.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in FM industries
- Bachelor's degree in FM, property management, construction related field
