Public Relations Officer
Job Scope
Support SO’s Rep to share/explain the items/works offered under the programme to the flat owner/senior via face-to-face visit
Support SO’s Rep to obtain resident’s decision on the works to be carried out after the survey on its feasibility
Support Managing Agent and/or SO’s Rep to contact the residents to arrange for appointment for works to be carried out within the flats
Support SO’s Rep and work coordinator(s) to explain to residents the purpose and extent of the works involved
Deal with residents’ request regarding the schedule of works and to support Project Manager and/or Work Coordinator to address residents’ feedback
Handle the hotline to answer any enquiries from residents via phone call
Support Project Manager to provide administrative assistance as and when directed by the SO’s Rep
Support Project Manager and/or Work Coordinator to update/upload relevant information/document onto HDB’s Estate Management System promptly
Support Project Manager to compile weekly and monthly reports on the schedule and progress of Works
Job Requirements:
Shall possess a minimum of a Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 4 years of Facilities Management (FM) working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
