Public Relations Officer (Project)

Responsibilities :

Address and resolve complaints or feedbackpromptly, implementing necessary corrective actions.

Collaborate closely with all relevantstakeholders, including contractors, project managers, consultants, residents,and authorities, taking proactive steps to mitigate any issues related toconstruction activities.

Liaise and coordinate with these parties toensure smooth communication and project alignment.

Develop and execute public relationsprograms or talks to inform the public about the project's progress.

Design and implement public relationsstrategies specific to the project.

Provide regular updates to managementregarding public relations activities on-site.

Maintain andupdate all related records diligently.

Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required.

Requirements :

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field is required for this role.

Prior experience as a Public Relations Officer is essential.

A pleasant personality & interpersonal skills
