Purchasing
Issue, processn and manage purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate and manage purchase related shipments, delivery schedules, and supporting documents.
Create, update, and maintain purchasing codes and records in the internal system.
Iaise closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth purchasing operations.
Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, or delivery.
Support purchasing process improvements and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Perform other purchasing related duties as assigned.
