Order Processor / Logistics Support
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders using ERP system (AS400)
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track order status and manage lead times proactively
- Work closely with operations and warehouse teams on shipment schedules
- Arrange freight bookings and export documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers
- Coordinate local and international deliveries
- Identify and flag abnormal or high-risk orders
- Ensure compliance with all critical processes (no shortcuts)
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping industry preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (AS400 is an advantage)
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
- Knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation is a plus
