Order Processor / Logistics Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders using ERP system (AS400)
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Track order status and manage lead times proactively
  • Work closely with operations and warehouse teams on shipment schedules
  • Arrange freight bookings and export documentation
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers
  • Coordinate local and international deliveries
  • Identify and flag abnormal or high-risk orders
  • Ensure compliance with all critical processes (no shortcuts)

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping industry preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (AS400 is an advantage)
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
  • Knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation is a plus
