💼 What You’ll Do
• Prepare & process purchase orders (POs) in system
• Source and compare supplier quotations
• Liaise with vendors on pricing, delivery & order updates
• Track deliveries to ensure timely arrival
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices & contracts
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance & operations teams
• Assist with inventory monitoring & reorder planning
• Resolve discrepancies in orders or invoices
• Update supplier database & documentation
• Provide general admin support to procurement team
💰 Salary & Benefits
• $1,900 – $2,300 monthly
• Stable full-time role
• Office hours environment

🎯 Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum O-Level qualification
• At least 2 years of admin / clerical experience
• Organized, detail-oriented & responsible
• Able to communicate with different stakeholders
• Comfortable working with data, documents & coordination tasks
