2027 Intern - Purchasing Intern

Role Summary:

This role will act as a CoE Vendor and Material Master Intern, primarily focus on project support, including vendor data migration validation and ensuring high data quality and consistency throughout the transition process.

Job description:

• Perform vendor master data migration validation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with defined data standards
• Analyze migrated data to identify discrepancies, gaps, and potential risks, and support resolution activities
• Support data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities during migration cycles
• Track and report validation progress, key findings, and data quality issues to project stakeholders
• Contribute to improving data validation processes and documentation for migration activities

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s student in Business/Economy, Business Administration or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a project environment
