2027 Intern - Purchasing Intern
Role Summary:
This role will act as a Procurement Project Assistant Intern and will support procurement project activities and gain hands-on experience in areas such as system implementation, sourcing support, guided buying, and process improvement.
Job Description:
- Support data preparation, cleansing, and upload
- Explore opportunities for catalog setup
- Help maintain and update purchasing content
- Help test Coupa Guided Buying and review the user experience
- Support guided buying activities by helping organize catalogs, buying channels, and user-friendly purchasing flows
- Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and FAQs
- Maintain project tracking files and documentation
- Work with sourcing teams to support purchasing policy setup and guided buying requirements, helping ensure purchases follow company rules and system processes
Qualification:
- Pursuing in bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Procurement, or a related field
- Good attention to detail, work accurately and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (data handling, basic analysis)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a project environment
- Fluent in English both verbally and in written
