QA/QC Admin

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of QA/QC documentation and ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and document control skills.
  • Able to maintain records, filing systems, and quality documentation accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining QA/QC records and quality documentation.
  • Prepare, organize, and archive project and ISO-related documents.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with project teams on document submissions and updates.
  • Assist in preparing reports, forms, and quality-related correspondence.
  • Perform general administrative duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager.
