QA/QC Admin
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of QA/QC documentation and ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and document control skills.
- Able to maintain records, filing systems, and quality documentation accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining QA/QC records and quality documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and archive project and ISO-related documents.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with project teams on document submissions and updates.
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and quality-related correspondence.
- Perform general administrative duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager.
