QA/QC Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA/QC Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes across our projects. This role requires a professional who can effectively lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in our quality management systems.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) across the organization
  • Lead and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and improve quality assurance processes and standard operating procedures
  • Analyze quality metrics and create detailed reports for management, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills among staff
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies
  • Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks in complex, large-scale projects
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality management techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, with at least 10 years in the GCC region
  • Proven track record in establishing and improving quality management systems in large-scale, complex projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing quality teams
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining quality metrics and reporting dashboards
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
